Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Scope of shipment

Sorry for the unstable international freihgt due to the epidemic. In order not to reduce the quality of our service, we have temporarily closed international service, and orders are only to the continental United States. Freight

Orders placed before 5:00 pm EST on the same day can be shipped before 5:00 pm EST the next day. Orders placed after 5:00 pm EST on Friday to 12:00 pm EST on Sunday are uniformiy shipped at 5:00 pm EST on Monday.

We provide FREE shipping for all orders.

Time

Handling time: orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours after payment has cleared. If the order processing time is more than 10 business days, you can directly for qpply for a return or we can reschedule the shipment and compensate you with a $3 coupon to express our apology.

Shipping time: about 15 business days in the United States. If the transportation time exceeds 60 business days, you can directiy apply for a refund and resend.

Delievery time=Handling time+Shipping time

Short delivery/damaged packages

Non-delivery

Parcels with incorrect/incomplete addresses will be forwarded to the dead letter section of the local postal service. All shipments are discreetly packaged. Contents cannot be identified from the packaging and there are no references or markings to identify the contents.

Order cancellation

It is not possible to cancel an order after 30 minutes as the logistics company processes the order within half an hour of receiving it. If you no longer want the product, please contact our customer service team and we will do our best to accommodate your reque.

Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item.

Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
