OUR GUIDELINES

Every article purchased in the Global Resource Industries, Inc online Store can be returned. Return costs may vary depending on the destination.
Please note that Global Resource Industries, Inc cannot refund taxes. 

You can return your item within 30 days.
Items must be returned new, unused, and with all labels still attached.
Returns that are damaged, stained, washed or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Please add a larger shipping box to protect the original packaging during shipping.
Being large furniture products such as sofas and chairs, we can not accept returns of personalized items.
Returns that do not comply with these regulations will not be accepted.

RETURN PROCESS

To return one or more items from your order, please follow the below-mentioned procedure:

2、Please state your request (return) and a specific question that explains the reason for your return. 

3、Please show pictures and videos of evidence of defective items.

4、In order to process the refund in a timely manner, please be sure to send a return notice to we with following information:
        Courier Company

        Name Tracking Number

The customer needs to pay for the return shipping cost, as we’re not able to request a return shipping label from a courier partner at the moment, you need to check with your local postal service. Once we received the product, we will issue a refund for the total amount of invoiced (we will not cover the return shipping cost). Refunds will be made using the same method as the original order.  It generally takes up to 5-7 business days for the refund to process. The specific refund arrival time will fluctuate according to your payment method.

EXCHANGE SERVICE

We offer a replacement only once we have received the product. If you need to exchange goods, you need to show your proof of purchase and photos of product quality to the staff who contacts you. Please understand that we do not accept exchange requests for non-quality issues. For example, chairs, sofas and other large furniture, after the customer receives the goods because of style or color and other reasons to apply for the replacemen of goods, will not be accepted. Due to quality problems, we willbear replacement shipping cost After the we receives the goods sent back by the user and confirms that the goods have quality problems, we will re-delider the goods for you with 24 working hours after confirmation. 

Received the Wrong Items or Defective Products

If you find that the product you have received is not what you ordered or comes in a defective condition, please provide an image of the product, the tracking number and order number, email to us   at support@gsourceind.com within 7 days after the order has been delivered to you. Our customer support team will help you out.

Order Cancellation

It is not possible to cancel an order after 30 minutes as the logistics company processes the order within half an hour of receiving it. If you insist to cancel the order, we are afraid that you need to reship the product back to us at your own expense, and we will issue a full refund once received the product in our warehouse.

Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit company. it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There’s some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of those and you still haven’t received your refund yet, please contact us at support@gsourceind.com.
